At Gelato Beach Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to exchange or return a product, please follow the guidelines below:

You can request the exchange or return of your product within 7 calendar days after receiving the purchase, as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.

2. Conditions for Exchange or Return

• Must have original label;
• Must be returned in its original packaging, with no signs of use.

3. Shipping Costs
Gelato Beach Wear covers the shipping costs for returns or exchanges, at no cost to the customer.

4. Refund
After receiving and analyzing the product's conditions, the amount will be refunded in full within X business days using the same payment method used for the purchase. We do not offer store credits or exchanges for another product.

5. Clearance Products
Products purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for exchange or return.

7. Quality Analysis
All returned products undergo a quality analysis. If the product does not meet the criteria listed above, the return or exchange will not be approved and the product will be returned to the customer.
