Warranty Policy
At Gelato Beach Wear, all our products are manufactured with care and attention to detail. However, we offer a warranty in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (CDC) to cover any manufacturing defects.
1. Legal Warranty
The bikinis sold in our store have a legal warranty of 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty covers manufacturing defects that may compromise the proper use of the item.
2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
• Natural wear and tear;
• Misuse or inadequate care (e.g.: inadequate washing, prolonged exposure to the sun or chlorine, among others);
• Changes made to the part (e.g. adjustments or customizations).
3. How to Request the Warranty
If you identify any manufacturing defect, please contact us by email at contato.gelatobeachwear@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the product. After analysis and approval, we will guide you through the exchange or refund process.

All products sent for warranty will be subject to a technical analysis. If it is found that the defect was caused by external factors or improper use, the exchange or refund will not be authorized.
